Return Policy for a Defective Product
After receiving notification of a defective product G S Down Comforters.com will select one of the following:
1) Instruct FED EX to issue a call tag to arrange for the defective product to be picked up from the customer; or
2) Instruct the customer to clip off the law tag from the product and return it by US Mail to: G S Down Comforters.com, 2671 161st Street, Currie, MN 56123; and destroy the product.
G S Down Comforters.com will then ship the replacement product to the customer.
Refund Policy for 30-Day Comfort Guarantee
Customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price on down or feather filled products that are returned within 30 days.
